Each apartment at Florida Gardens is unique. For this reason, pricing varies from one unit to another. Our current apartment rental prices generally fall within the following ranges and are subject to change without notice:

Studio apartments: $1880 – $2025

One-bedroom apartments: $2200 – $2325

Two-bedroom apartments: $2550 – $2725

Our Community is staffed with a Community Manager who works and lives on-site and is available to provide prompt service to you. Residents can contact our Community Manager when in need of maintenance repairs or concerns. Generally speaking, and barring conditions beyond our control, we strive to service each request within 24-48 hours, Monday thru Friday, and immediately, for emergency situations. Requests for repair can be entered online through an assigned resident portal, by e-mail, or we also welcome handwritten work order cards through the on-site office. Our residents receive up to date real-time status of their requested repairs to ensure they are completed in a reasonable time frame.

Our Community maintains an emergency on-call service which is always staffed by professional call center operators. This service is for extreme emergencies only but helps to give our residents the confidence that we are available nights, weekends and holidays should an emergency arise.

We offer our residents a 12-month lease term.

We accept up to two indoor cats at this time with a pet deposit. Our Community does not charge pet rent which is an added bonus!

•Pet deposits: 1 or 2 cats, $500.

•No other pets are permitted at this time.

Service Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted.

For Emotional Support Animal (ESA), we follow a procedure in partnership with the Fair Housing Council of Orange County and assist with requests for reasonable accommodations. Please contact our office for further details.

We have developed our industry’s most thorough application process. Please contact our office for a rental qualifications packet which will provide all the details you need to apply for a beautiful apartment at Florida Gardens.

Easy accessibility and only a few minutes' drive to and from our Community to the beach is a life-enriching benefit! Just a quick bike ride away is located the city's most sought-after high school, Huntington Beach High, with it's prestigious Academy of the Performing Arts program (APA). Our location also offers easy access to major highways, entertainment, recreational activities, shopping, great schools, and community colleges.
